I can only echo what almost everyone else has said about this - BUY IT! I tried 2 MS Play and Charge units, which were both fine at first but eventually developed loose connections and wouldn't charge while playing (and defeat the whole purpose of having a wireless controller anyway). This, however, does exactly what it says on the tin. You get 2 rechargeable batteries to replace the battery unit in your controller. Simply drop your controller(s) into the front or back cradle of the charger and wait (nothing needs to be snapped or locked into place so there's no worry about catches getting broken). There are 2 LEDs, one for the front charger and one for the back. These glow red whilst charging, then change to green briefly when fully charged and turn off when the safety cut-out kicks in to...
