Take one unwitting hero, throw him into a Lewis Carroll nightmare, add plenty of platforms and puzzles and you've pretty much cracked Gift for the PlayStation 2. Set over eight levels in a full 3-D world, the game offers up standard platforming fare with plenty of film-related humour along the way. Graphically, it's big and bright and backed with catchy (if irritating) sound effects and some very effective cut-sequences between levels. It certainly isn't going to set the world on fire, but for gamers who have already got the measure of Rayman Revolution it's probably worth a look. --Chris Russell
