Red Faction: Armageddon is the fourth in this Sci-Fi franchise for the Xbox 360, PS3 and PC and is set in a network of caves beneath the surface of Mars in the year 2170, fifty years after Red Faction; Guerrilla. The story involves Darius Mason who has to battle against a violent colony of aliens and such-like (the Plague) who are threatening Armageddon on Mars. Alongside the main storyline, the theme and the focal point of the whole game is destruction - you name it, bridges, buildings, walls - it can all be demolished to rubble with plenty of raw gratification. If the havoc gets too out of hand, a magical bracelet can be utilised to rebuild structures at the touch of a button if necessary; eg to form a handy hiding place during battle with an alien. With features such as a Magnet Gun, a Nano-Forge (with Impulse ability- an incredibly forceful burst), a Nano-rifle, a Maul, a matter-slicing Plasma Beam plus a LEO exosuit capable of crashing through walls, you will be spoilt for choice.Read More
