Cars 2, the Mario Kart inspired racing game based on the Cars 2 Disney Pixar animated film (2011), is available for DS, PS3, Wii and Xbox 360. You can choose to take on the persona of Mater, Lightning McQueen or one of the many new characters introduced in this sequel in one of the many exotic locations round the world. You must join CHROME (Command Headquarters for Recon Operations and Motorised Espionage) and train diligently as an special agent by completing complicated driving tasks, stunts and simulated races. You must then use your skills to take on dangerous spying missions in combat, racing and battle scenarios. The high -tech weapons available to you include machine guns, missiles, satellite lasers and rocket launchers and you can build up your turbo boost by performing flips and spins or other tricks. You will be taught how to maximise the usefulness of your weapons arsenal and how to perform manoeuvres such as 180 degree spins to enable you to shoot at your trailing enemies and how to take shortcuts by jumping obstacles, smashing signs and other stunts. The game can be played as single player or multiplayer mode (up to four players).
