This surreal multi-genre game was developed by Media Molecule for Sony Computer Entertainment. It is the second in the series (the sequel to LittleBigPlanet 2008) and sees the return of Sackboy, the ragdoll superhero as he sets out on his new quest saving Craftworld from The Negativitron with the help of Larry Da Vinci (leader of the secret Alliance group).

Some new features this time include a Grabinator to pick up objects, a Creatinator (a head-mounted gun), a Controllinator (which allows Sackboy to jump on board and control an object) and Sackbots (which can be programmed to behave as you wish). Gameplayers control Sackboy and can choose to play through the 40 ready-made levels across six different historical themes or, with the help of a new set of user-friendly tools, can create their own levels which may range from platform, puzzle and role-playing games to racing, sport and shooting games.

Empowered game players can upload their games to share with the online community, they can download other people's inventions and they can play four-player matches online. With 3 million levels already out on the internet (and more being added on a daily basis) the unique creativity is awesome and the fun is infinite.
